warfighter housing. disrupted.
At home, on base, and after service.
Artanis Brave is our warfighter housing platform, built to meet the real housing needs of service members, military families, and veterans with the speed, discipline, and durability that service demands. From barracks and installation-adjacent housing, to military family and community-based housing, to permanent housing for veterans rebuilding their lives after service, Artanis Brave expands the housing option set for public-sector and institutional partners responsible for readiness, resilience, and long-term care.
On base
Artanis Brave supports barracks and installation-adjacent housing applications with resilient steel-frame systems designed to reduce delivery friction, improve durability, and create more flexible pathways for expanding housing capacity. For stakeholders evaluating housing readiness on or around installations, the value is straightforward: faster deployment, lower lifecycle disruption, and infrastructure that is easier to maintain, adapt, and scale than legacy approaches alone.
At home
For service members and military families, Artanis Brave extends to military family housing and community-based living environments that align with the actual ways military housing is structured, including on-base housing, off-base options supported by BAH, and housing solutions that must perform reliably under constant turnover, wear, and operational tempo. Our approach is to deliver housing that is dignified, resilient, and operationally intelligent, so the families behind the force are supported by built environments that reduce maintenance burden and improve day-to-day quality of life.
After service
Artanis Brave also addresses one of the nation’s clearest obligations: creating permanent housing for veterans, including those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. By January 2024, 32,882 veterans were experiencing homelessness in the United States, including 13,851 unsheltered veterans, even after a 7.5% year-over-year decline and a reduction of more than 55% since 2010. Artanis Brave exists to help close that gap with dignified, durable, rapidly deliverable housing solutions that support long-term stability and service-enriched communities, because a nation that can house the force must also be able to house its veterans.
Built for lifecycle performance
Artanis Brave is designed not only to accelerate delivery, but to improve housing performance over time. Using panelized steel-frame systems, we can support greater precision, faster installation, stronger durability, and lower lifecycle maintenance exposure than conventional stick-built approaches, while creating a more flexible pathway than traditional military construction timelines often allow. Over time, digitally informed asset management and predictive maintenance approaches can help owners and operators anticipate failures earlier, reduce avoidable repair events, and lower service interruptions across portfolios where maintenance responsiveness and resident trust matter most.
This is housing infrastructure shaped by compassion for the warfighter and respect for the institutions that serve them. Artanis Brave brings together modern manufacturing, disciplined execution, and a long-view understanding of military and veteran housing needs to help agencies, installations, and public partners deliver environments worthy of those who serve, and worthy of the lives they fight to return to.
